Who can purchase from EXONDA?
Given that we do not have our own product brand, we are unfortunately unable to supply individual salons. In addition, batch sizes in our production make direct sales in the private label sector impossible. Professional appliances from EXONDA SALON TOOLS are available from the hairdresser supply industry, selected hairdressing wholesalers and distributors, hairdressing chains, salon outfitters and training centres. Please contact our Sales Team, as our experienced consultants are always delighted to help you.
What is the MOQ (minimum order quantity) for individualised small appliances?
We can produce individualised small appliances in series of 250 to 500 units, depending on the design involved. Our Sales Team is always happy to provide additional details and personal advice!
What is the MOQ (minimum order quantity) for individualised large appliances?
We can produce individualised large appliances in series of 50 to 100 units, depending on the design involved. Our Sales Team is always happy to provide additional details and personal advice!
Is a catalogue available for EXONDA products?
We are unable to provide you with a catalogue in a printed hard copy, but you can find extensive information on our products and associated spare parts in the Products section on our website. Please contact our Sales or Service Team if you require further information.

How are the products shipped?
We coordinate shipment of our products with our customers. Our delivery is by default ex works (EXW).
What guarantee does EXODA offer?
EXONDA offers a one-year manufacturer's warranty as prescribed by law.
What do ODM (original design manufacturer) /OEM (original equipment manufacturer) / the private label concept mean?
EXONDA does not operate under its own product brand. This allows selected hairdressing manufacturers, wholesalers and specialist dealers for hairdressing needs to individualise the appearance of our high-quality appliances, apply their unique brand and place them on the market for professional hairdressing requirements with their own logo.
